Community Service

The Fellowship has a long tradition of giving back to our community. Our congregation and Hebrew School organize and participates in several worthy causes in lower Fairfield County such as:

  • Preparing and serving food in shelters, soup kitchens and group homes
  • Participating in clothing drives
  • Inner city tutoring and scholarships
  • Interfaith and interracial dialogue
  • Food drives

Each of our Hebrew School classes is required to organize and run one community service project per year. As part of their preparation for their Bar/Bat Mitzvah our students must each do a mitzvah project.
